Refund policy

At Parent Slogans, we want you to love your order — no guilt trips, no stress. But we get it: sometimes things just don’t work out. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds (with as much sanity as possible).


🗓️ 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: returns must be sent to the following address:
P.O. Box 592377, San Antonio, TX 78259

If your return is accepted, we’ll send a prepaid shipping label along with return instructions.
Items sent back without a return request won’t be accepted — we’re organized like that.


💥 Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll make it right faster than a parent finding a lost shoe on a school morning.


🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items can’t be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

  • Personal care items (like beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, email us — we’ll help you sort it out.


🔁 Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return your item and, once approved, place a new order. Our team will make sure the replacement feels just right.


🇪🇺 European Union Customers
If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging intact.


💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note it can take a few extra days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
